With a solid foundation in project management, process improvement, and technology, I've carved a niche as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at a Fortune 500 company. I coach high performing innovation teams, embedding Agile and Lean methodologies within them. A role not commonly held by Gen-Z professionals, but one where I excel.

My leadership experience spans five dynamic technology teams across various divisions: Emerging Technology, Data Strategy & Architecture, and Enterprise Data Technology Strategy, transforming them into models of Agile excellence. My role ensures strong team dynamics and culture, identifies productivity and process improvements, and enables fast delivery of innovative solutions through timeboxed cycles.

As a former Vice President of Outreach for the Project Management Institute Southwest Ohio Chapter, I had the privilege of collaborating with local universities to enhance project management education and student experiences. My role involved consulting with academic institutions to develop innovative strategies and programs that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
